phone.ecrater.com offers the easiest way to complete your online purchase. It is very self-explanatory and there are some simple procedures you need to go through.

Proceed to Checkout.

Select shipping method you wish to send your item.

Review your information provided.

Submit your final order.




We will email you the tracking number for your package once your package has been shipped. Please allow between 3-5 working days for delivery. Unfortunately delays out of our control may require up to 7 working days delivery for some items.



What forms of payment do you accept?



phone.ecrater.com payment processing is 100% secure, We use either google checkout or paypal. Both these processes are secure. We are verified members and will only ship to other verified members.




Payments - additional information:



We reserve the right to ask for additional identifications to authenticate payment and shipping or billing addresses.

Additional identifications are photo identification, utility statement and credit card monthly statement.


We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however this information is required for billing and shipping address verification purposes..


Shipping Rate

We ship all orders using Fedex/DHL Priority shipment to the following destinations:





North America - 3-5 working days delivery

New Zealand & Australia - 3-5 working days delivery

Europe - 3-5 working days delivery


(In some cases please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, as there may be customs delays that are completely out of our control.)



As soon as orders are shipped we notify all of our customers of tracking information via email.



phone.ecrater.com will not be held responsible for any lost packages if optional Full insurance is not purchased during the checkout.



phone.ecrater.com only ship using Fedex standard insurance for your order ($100) unless you request Full insurance during the checkout process of the site.



phone.ecrater.com will not be held responsible for any customs delays/import fees. Customers will be solely liable for any fees that their order may incur.


Returns Policy

phone.ecrater.com - offers customers the right to cancel their order 7 Days after the date of delivery for defective items.



We will not be responsible for any product that becomes defective beyond the 7 days of receipt and cannot accept a return for whatever reason after this point. The customer will have to contact the manufacturer/repair service centre for further assistance.



*If you would like to cancel your order after delivery - simply contact phone.ecrater.com via the (Contact Us section) and a representative will provide you with further instructions of our returns procedure. (YOU MUST FIRST RECEIVE AUTHORISATION TO RETURN AN ITEM) - any items received at our offices without prior authorisation will be returned back to the customer at their expense.





All goods MUST be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories.

Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW'condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product, it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging and damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within a further 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of any kind after this period.


Refunds




Customers are responsible for the return postage & packaging charges to our offices (unless the product is faulty) - phone.ecrater.com strongly recommends that all return packages are insured during transit to our Returns Department.



All returns must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you. The customer accepts all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our Returns Department.



Please include the following information when returning an item:





A cover letter stating your full name and address, and a small explanation detailing the exact specific reason for return.

Every single item in our range is seal packed and the physical condition is examined by our Quality Control Department (QCD) before any items are shipped, therefore we will not accept returns or refund claims based on an item being scratched, used or blind spot.


Warranty

Our Products carry a Limited Warranty Coverage with phone.ecrater.com only. Manufacturers warranty is not available unless stated otherwise on a product page.



The warranty coverage service with phone.ecrater.com only covers products that require (minor) repair/fault attention. Damage caused by abnormal use or conditions, misuse, abuse, accident, water damage, improper handling or storage are strictly excluded in our limited warranty services.



Warranty coverage is active for 7 days after the product has been delivered to our customers. if any problems/defect/repair assistance occurs after this initial period, phone.ecrater.com will not be held responsible, we shall however provide you with assistance in contacting the manufacturer/repair service centre directly if requested by you to do so.



Our warranty services do not apply to any product that has had its serial number altered, defaced or removed.
